What does a commercial buyers agent do?

Buyers’ agents are agents who work on behalf of a buyer and are paid by the buyer.

A buyer’s agent will find suitable properties for a tenant or buyer, based on their business requirements.  They will negotiate on behalf of the tenant, can bid at auction on a buyers behalf and may also help with due diligence (Real Estate Authority).
