Who is Black Haus?
Black Haus is an Auckland based commercial real estate company which was founded in November 2018. Our modus operandi is to add value through intelligent and honest insight for our clients in their commercial real estate transactions and broader investment strategy. We pride ourselves on extracting every last dollar of value for our clients in their commercial real estate transactions. Black Haus bring a wide breadth of experience and a depth of understanding in brokering commercial real estate transactions putting our clients on the winning side of the deal.
The Team
I’ll be joining Black Haus founders, Simon Aldridge and David Huang, along with Gabe Miguel and William Raisbeck, Sales & Leasing Brokers.
With vast and extensive experience, Simon focusses largely on high-value investment sales while David specialises in sales and leasing of retail sites. Gabe has an exemplary record working in the industrial sector and William has a in-depth portfolio covering CBD office.
The team works collaboratively together to achieve the best outcomes for clients and customers alike.
Why the move?
Black Haus’s one and only focus is commercial real estate. I’ll be working closely with Gabe across industrial sites and will continue to serve all of Auckland.
