The largest and most complex transport infrastructure project in NZ! The Western Ring Route is going to provide an additional route through Auckland, linking South, Central, West and North.

The development of the route will encourage growth on a regional and national level with the commercial growth in some suburbs in Auckland set to boom. Developers expect the western suburbs of Auckland to see both commercial and residential growth. The north shore will also experience further growth in suburbs such as Rosedale with plenty of residential and commercial expansion in Silverdale also.

The Western Ring Route aims to create efficient links, enabling goods, services and people a safe and steady path. The capacity will free up local roads and improve the resilience and performance of Auckland traffic. It will enhance public transport services benefitting commuters with more bus lanes, walking, cycling connections and reduced travel time.

More opportunities for businesses are just around the corner. With the Western Ring Route, areas previously thought of as difficult to get to or far away will become extremely accessible.
